A: Hi Bill, We're terribly sorry to hear about this. We know how important looks are to home appliances. Our Matte finishes are a highly engineered paint on metal (steel). We recommend that the interior and exterior Matte finish surfaces be treated similar to high-end coatings on automobiles. The Matte White and Matte Black finishes are not engineered for use with soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners any cleaning product containing chlorine bleach and/or abrasive cloths and paper towels. Use of these types of products may scratch and/or dull the Matte White and Matte Black finish. - With all of that being said, if you bumped the front of the range with a hot ceramic dish, this could potentially cause damage to it. If you would like to touch that spot up, we do have some appliance paint available. A: We recommend cleaning it with an approved cooktop cleaner like Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. A: A dark, solid baking pan with low rimmed sides, such as a sheet pan, is recommended for use with Air Fry. The darker pan absorbs more heat and promotes better browning and crisping.
A: Please make note of the updated information. We encourage you to locate and view the Installation Instructions that are available online to view the specifications that identifies the shaded area where the electrical service needs to be located for this range. If your gas line is located outside the shaded area, you will not be able to install the new range properly. You will need to have the gas stub cut and capped.

Electric to induction
It fits our space perfectly, and I love the safety features due to a toddler in residence. It definitely gives us peace of mind knowing that the stove top won't necessarily burn our toddler, or the house down if a burner is accidentally turned on. Plus the residual heat left from cooking isn't hot enough to seriously hurt any of us if accidentally touched, which is another bonus. It cooks fast, and heats everything evenly. I went from a standard electric glass top range to induction, and I'll never go back.

I love this induction stop top
This thing looks beautiful and the induction cooking is so much faster and accurate. You can Bluetooth connect it to your range hood or cafe above range microwave and it will auto turn on the light and fan when you turn the stove top on. The oven will work via the app which is good for preheating. It is pricey and it’s a little hard to get used to the oven functions, it’s hard to tell if the oven was off after we were done using it, I used the app to find out if it was indeed off or not.

Cafe Ole’!
We had to wait nearly eight months to get our appliances. The quality and finish of cafe line is sooo amazing, functional and hopefully durable but time will tell! Love these products!
