I am using a Yamaha receiver too. My oar 201 is currently being used as my left and right front speakers. I am very satisfy with it.

Our 201 bookshelf speakers are engineered to work with receivers with an output of 10-120 W per channel (8 ohms). I'd also recommend the Bose 301 (http://bose.life/1L3nsr6) speakers, I've had a pair about six months now and play them almost every day!
