My 700 subwoofer just stopped working light in back is white but will not play played well for awhile then just stopped what can I do to fix it null

I am having this trouble on my 300. White light is on in the back. It might have sound for a bit then nothing. I even bought the 3.5mm cod to connect it to the sound bar. Same thing. I've never used the app.

Have you checked to see if your bass is still enabled on your app? If it is I would try disabling it and then enabling it again. Hope this works
