Can I connect 1000w receiver to this system? null

Yes, BUT you cannot turn it all the way up! Each speaker is only 140 watts. The speakers are loud. My system is 150 watts per channel (around 700/800 watts total) and I only need to turn my system half way up to achieve loud full sound.

Hello Jay. The Bose Acoustimass 6 V will handle 10-150 W per channel, 4-8 ohms. As long as the receiver puts out wattage per channel in that range, it will work. Thanks!
