• Bose is meant for surround sound in one room. If you want music sound throughtout your house, buy a receiver with speaker zones. That will allow for you to have speakers in a bedroom, basement, etc, and turn them on and off as needed. You will need more speakers for the other rooms, NOT surround sound speakers like this one. These are meant for sound in one room (movies, tv, etc).

• The Acoustimass 6 V speaker system is designed to connect to a receiver's speaker connections so it would not be possible to link to another set of speakers.
