Can you control the headset from the phone? We have a handicapped employee who is unable to get her hand to her ear to control the headset. Can she control it from the phone?

Yes! Dialing, answering, mute and volume can be controlled from a phone instead of the blootooth device.

yes you can answer ,hang up and turn the volume up and down with just the phone. Hope this helped.

Yes, but more than likely, she will have to make sure that the earbud is engaged when answering with the phone. On my iPhone, the majority of the time when I answer from the phone and not the earbud, I have to switch the audio from "handset/phone" to "earbud".

Yes. You can control the volume as well as answer and hang up calls.

Well, you have to have the headset turned on by the switch on the device.
But I usually do that before I put it in my ear.

Then I can use the phone to dial numbers or adjust the volume. I can answer and disconnect calls by using the phone. (This is paired with an iPhone 5.) Can be turned off via the phone by turning off bluetooth service on the phone, or by disconnecting the Bose headset pairing by going into "bluetooth settings" on the phone.

Any action that could normally be controlled by the phone can still be done via the phone while our headset is connected. This would include:

- answering, ignoring, or ending a call
- adjusting Bluetooth volume for calls and notifications
- activating voice dialer.

Use of controls directly on the headset would be required for the following actions:

- Turning the headset power on and off.
- Putting the headset into discoverable mode (When pairing to a new phone.)
