The arms in the glasses house the speakers.

Aftershox makes a bone induction headphone called trekz air. In the store it sounded mediocre, but they get good reviews

While there is an inevitable leak effect when playing at louder volumes that would allow those nearby to hear the audio, when playing these at a normal volume level (e.g. 40%) other people nearby will not hear the audio at all. If you're unsure of how these will sound and want to test these yourself, we would recommend that you visit a Bose store directly to listen to these and make sure that you're happy with the decision you make!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sound is gentle but acceptable. This product is for those who have big headphones for the plane, ear pods for noisier environments/the run, and are looking for a more subtle 3rd device. Battery life is just so-so.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They house small speakers. I actually prefer this to bone induction as that tech doesn’t really work well for me. At full volume they do a decent job of drowning out a majority of ambient sound while also allowing you to hear important things (they do some sort of reverse noise cancellation too which makes it hard for people around you to hear them too though some frequencies still leak out). I feel they sound much better than induction headsets though. In short they aren’t bone induction but a series of mini speakers that do lots of cool audio stuff. In my opinion they sound great for what they are. I love my pair to death.
