• That very much depends on the case that you've purchased. I would say that in most instances, the case can remain on the iPhone 6 while enjoying your Bose QCs.

• I have the apple silicon case on my 6s Plus and there is plenty of room for the cable. If you have a case that covers or protects your headphone jack your mileage may vary.

• It's works with most of the cases. Works fine in my case. Had trouble with the other one because that a blunder with the case design.

• If you can plug a headphone with your case, the Bose will be ok as it is the same connector as others headphones.

• depends upon the case. I have a waterproof case and for that I have a special extension. I use them with my iPad in its cover and have no problems.

• This would probably depend on the design of each particular case. I had this same problem with my old Otter Defender on my iPhone5. The QC's RCA jack (2.5mm) fits fine on my slimmer bumper style case for my iPhone6s

• I guess it would depend on your case. I have an iphone6 with a tumi fitted case and the headphones plug right in.If you case is complety closed around the phone then no they wouldn't plug right in.

• They work without any adapters for "normal" iPhone cases. If you have a Mophie or a similar battery case, you can plug them in through the adapter provided with the case.

• It depends on what case u have for your Iphone. I have case from Spigen and I did not have to take it off to hook my headphones
