upgrade I would like to know if it is worth upgrading from the Qc 15 model to the QC 25 model ?

I think that the QC 25 are a better model than the QC 15. I had the QC 15 and the cord broke, so was able to do a straight swap for the QC 25, because I had a protection plan. I definitely noticed a difference. However, I am not sure I would pay $300 more to upgrade unless your QC 15 are starting to go. I would personally wait. The sound is a little better and the noise cancelling is better, but not enough to warrant an upgrade. However, I would say that being able to listen to your headphones while the noise cancelling is turned off is an added bonus for the 25's, because you cannot use your headphones if the noise cancelling is turned off with the 15's. So it really is up to you whether or not you think it is worth it for those things.

Yes, they are worth the upgrade. I will agree with most of the posts that say they are not as loud as the older verision, but seriously, who needs to listen to their music loud anyway.

I would do it... It is an improved product, better sound, and they work even after the battery is depleted, of course, w/o noise canceling.

I honestly don't think so. The QC15 in some ways could be a little better than the QC25 model. The noise cancellation feature works a little better, but it doesn't fit over the ear. Honestly, not worth upgrading even though the QC25 is a great pair of headphones.
