A:AnswerYes I had the same thing with the Bose 700 Headphones ... after a few hours of use I had bad itches, raised bumps and water leaking out around my ears and on the lobes where the rash was. This happened three times after using these headphones (and the effects last for a few day’s each time) and I assume it’s something in the cup material. I’ve now switched to a different brand and all is fine.
A:AnswerThese are very bulky headphones and while running they will come off your head easy. These are not meant to be sport headphones and will get damaged. If you are looking for sport headphones in Bose I recommend the Bose SIE2 for Androids and SIE2i for iPhone. These are great headphones to use while working out and for music overall.
A:AnswerThe materials used in our QC25 headphones are designed for both comfort and durability. While they don’t require scheduled cleaning, they can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Additionally, replacement ear cushions are available from Bose as this is a wearable item. Thank you.
A:AnswerBoth versions of these headphones will play audio and take calls on most devices, regardless of brand. The specific differences are in the volume controls. Depending on which set you buy, your in-line volume +/- controls will work with either Apple or Samsung devices. We would suggest choosing them based on whichever device you use most often when on the go. Hope this helps!
A:AnswerYou can read the specs for all differences but having owned a lot of Bise headphones I'll mention some that stick out to me. The new QC25s have gone back to an over the ear design (like the QC3s) vs the QC15s on ear design. This seems to help reduce noise that may come through your outer ear since now they seal to your head or hair. The reason I upgraded was my ear pads were deteriorating due to age (always stored in case) which was leaving black specks on my head (not cool) & wire was pulled out of minimal plug strain relief so would have failed where bending soon.
Also QC headband was ridiculously wide above ear cups, & silver color sucks. Sounded great, but now you can choose color(s). Also 25s fold smaller into a retangulat case vs 15s toilet seat shaped case. Keep the dual plug adapter from old ones & store with extra batteries. Worth every penny.

Thank you!
A:AnswerThank you for your inquiry! The Biggest difference between the QuietComfort 25 and 35s is that the 35s are wireless Bluetooth headphones. The QC25's are wired. The QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II are the most recent headphones in the QuietComfort product family. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerWhen you use them on a plane without the cancellation, you can hear the plane, however as soon as you turn them on, the noise goes away. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerThis model of head of only have one level of noise cancelling, that I'm aware of. On or off. Bose claims that you can still listen to music when it's turned off. I'm going to disagree with them on this. The noise cancellation is powered by a battery. So it's active versus passive like a lot of other similar NC head phones. This makes a rather huge difference. BUT, I believe the speakers in the headphones are also powered. Reason being that if you turn the noise cancelling off two things happen. The sound goes out for a couple of seconds entirely and when it comes back on the quality of the listening is impacted HUGELY (and negatively). Without noise cancelling engaged, the quality of music is actually worse than a set of $10 ear buds. Turn it on and the sound goes out for a second or two, but when it comes back on, the whole world of listening changes dramatically.
A:AnswerYou must buy a long cord with the correct end that fits into your receiver. If two people are watching TV, you'll need a splitter at the other end so you can plug in your headsets. Once the cord is plugged in to the receiver, all sound goes through your headsets, just like using them with a computer.
A:AnswerYes - but...
If you wear the headphones to bed, unless you sleep extremely steadily on your back, the effect of wearing a large headset could be worse than the snoring.

A:AnswerNo. The QC 25’s are not wireless. To convert them, you need to purchase a separate Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the headphones where the audio cable is inserted. The QC 35 headset has Bluetooth already onboard.
