It doesn't come with the adapter but if you have a standard 3.5 mm to 1/4 inch adapter it should work fine. I'd use a gold plated one for best conductivity.

If you are plugging the headphones into a mono source, like a guitar amp, I would recommend a stereo 1/8" female to mono 1/4" male adaptor so that you get the mono signal from the amp in both ears. Otherwise, stereo 1/8" female to stereo 1/4" male will work just fine.
