A:AnswerI think you'll find the lag to be very and significantly annoying. I started the return process (well, there were other reasons, too) when I tried watching a baseball game with the QC 35 II's -- and as the batter hit the ball on the screen I felt I could've gone to get both peanuts and cracker jacks before I actually heard it.
A:AnswerThe sound will be better if you have turned them on while the headphones are wired. The sound is best when they are operated in a powered mode.
A:AnswerI recently purchased a TaoTronics bluetooth transmitter so I could listen to an old Sony radio without a cable.
At first it would not connect. Then I read one of the instructions on how to clear the list of paired devices by holding the on-off-pairing button to pairing for 10 seconds. Then I was able to add the TaoTronics device and re-add my phone and both work with the headphones now.
A:AnswerNo, you cannot trade one Bose headset model with a protection plan for a different Bose headset model.
If the protection plan you have is through Bose, you can only use it to get your current QC35 fixed, or for a refurbished version of the same model (QC35).
If the protection plan you have is through Best Buy, you can use it to get your current QC35 fixed, or if it's not fixable, Best Buy will give you back the money you spent for the QC35 and then you can use that money to buy something else (like new headphones).
But no, there is no direct "trading" with a "protection" plan. All a "protection" plan does is "protect" the device from defects/damage or improper functionality during the plan period. If the device has any of those issues during the plan period, you can contact the company that you have the protection plan with, and they will help you get the QC35 working as intended (generally via repair).
A:AnswerI have nothing google in my life and also had this concern. Alexa is attached to the "action" button which you can reprogram to different things. Doing so disables Alexa. I set mine to switch between the nose cancellation levels.
A:AnswerHello Vans,
Thank you for your question. The QuietComfort 35's should be able to connect to the receiver if it features Bluetooth or an AUX input.
A:AnswerDo not buy these Bose Wireless QC ii headphones. Bose is forcing current owners to buy their new Bose 700. They have down graded the Noise Cancelation on the QC ii. The high mode NC is no better than low mode. If you have firmware that has been install in the last 8 month's. You are not getting proper NC. The last firmware that actually works are in the 3.5.1.
Save your money. Look for something else. For those with the new Bose 700 be worry. It's a matter of time they do the same to these. With the new version are release.
If you go to Bose community online. You'll get many complaints filled to Bose. Bose is denying everything. Just like Apple did
A:AnswerHi Tommyboy0124, thank you for your question. If you are experiencing issues with the microphone I would recommend reaching out to your local technical support team.
A:AnswerThanks for your question, Bugzy. Though pairing the QuietComfort 35 wireless headphones II with a Bluetooth enabled TV will technically work, you may experience a delay in the audio-video synchronization. We hope this helps. Ashley - Bose Support
A:AnswerI used my QC35II while visiting Amman, Jordan and as long as your USB adapter plugs into power converter for the particular 220v system you should be fine.
A:AnswerThese actually are Apple products than can be made to work with any device with a simple dongle or Bluetooth capabilities however you do lose the ease of use that Apple has now perfected connection and seamless intergration are only really acheavable in Apple products but as I said go get a Bluetooth dongle and you can use them on anything but these are the best brand of headphones around hands down and I am saying even better than Bose and I have used Bose products for over 20 years hope that helps
A:AnswerThe headphones aren't defective but you should have tried them on at a local store beforehand. It's rare but it does sound like you need to order the inflatable adjustable pinhead accommodation accessory. Sidenote, I've seen these being used and the pinhead condition has the potential to cause deflation in the inflatable cover.
Best wishes and good luck
