“Does Bose offer replacement ear cups or I should say pads and can you get the battery replaced through bows”

• Yes the ear pads are replaceable and available through Bose. I don’t think the battery can be replaced unless Bose will do it for you and I couldn’t find anything on their website offering this

• Bose will replace if deffective within one year. I had to return mine due to ear bud damage and it was replaced free of charge through regular mail.

• I cannot answer that question directly; but if your product is under warranty, I'm sure they would gladly replace the ear cups free or for a minimal fee. You would have to read the warranty.
