Absolutely!! I own a landscaping business and I use these for that exact purpose. As a matter of fact, you need to be careful using them. They work so good at noise canceling that you won’t be able to hear rough bearings in a worn spindle. I know this for a fact. We had a worn spindle and these earbuds they cancel sound so good I couldn’t hear it. Only when I forgot them did I realize I had a growling spindle bearing. I run several Gravely commercial mowers and they cancel almost all the sound. And when music is playing, you won’t hear the mower at all.

I still put them in, but I put my earmuffs on over top of them to keep them from falling. would suck if one fell out and then I ran it over with the mower or lost it. also, I listen to music when Im Mowing... if you connect them to your phone, but dont play anything, they will eventualy turn off and the noise canceling will stop.
