- Answer After calling Bose support the answer is NO. You must sacrifice your privacy and agree to data collection by Bose in order to use all of the settings, updates as no features. You can do a simple pairing via Bluetooth, however this will limit the settings and features. There are many excellent alternatives that are not this intrusive. Therefore I do not recommend this product. I will be returning mine

QuestionDo you have to use both pods at the same time? AirPod Pro you can take one pod out and still hear.

QuestionHow is the connectivity / ease of use with an Apple Watch? Can you control volume with the Crown and skip tracks / go back on Watch display?

- Answer Yes, with Apple Watch Series 5 paired with iPhone XS-my devices-I can control volume, skip forward and go back from the watch. That was my concern also. However, if I am doing it correctly, to listen directly from music downloaded on the watch, I have to disconnect from the iPhone, pair with Apple Watch, then listen. Hope that helps.

- Answer Actually there is a new feature that you can swipe up or down on the right ear bud to increase or decrease the volume. I just received a pair of these for as a gift and they are absolutely awesome!!

- Answer Yes they do. Tried AirPods with original and aftermarket ear pieces but could not get a good fit. The Bose fit well and comfortable. They have not fallen out.

QuestionI need it to cancel the noise of the snore next to me. I don’t want to play music, just cancel the noise. Will this work? Will it stay on your ear while in bed sleeping?

- Answer It depends of how loud the other person snores and how close you are to that individual. It will not cancel it 100% if you’re not playing any music and NO they will not stay in you ear in bed unless you sleep on your back because they are too big and kind of hanging on the side of your ears... Bose actually offers something called the sleeping buds those will be your best bet.

- Answer When I play youtube or other media files there is lag with right and left earbud. Right sounds first and Left sounds comes after about 1 sec.. It's not the case all the time but it does happen time to time. Sometimes annoying. I also tried samsung earbuds live but this one did not have lag with right and left... I will ask Bose if they are aware of this... I am talking about brand new Bose - QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds
