• I could never get them to stay securely in my ears, but they might work for you.

• I work on the farm, ride a tractor and a motorcycle with them in the ear and it never even gets loose. I think some people just do not know how to lock them in the ear.

• Yes, they'll stay in your ear. I think this version will stay in a runner's ear better than previous version thanks to their new design. They aren't as small as workout-specific earbuds, but they felt nice. And they are meant for all day wear.
