Better sound begins with better silence. That’s why Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are engineered with the world-class noise cancelling and high-fidelity audio. Microphones inside and outside the earphones sense noise and react instantaneously to cancel the signal. Get rid of disruptions so you can turn up the music on your wireless earbuds and amplify whatever you’re most passionate about — from hiking or circuit training to coding or baking. And when you need to be more aware of your surroundings, minimize noise cancelling with a quick double tap, so you can walk down a busy street or listen for your boarding announcement. StayHear Max tips provide extra comfort and stability for an even better experience. Rule the Quiet with Bose QuietComfort Earbuds and get an exhilarating experience that’s tough to find in any other Bluetooth earbuds. The Bose QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds are available in Triple Black, Soapstone and limited-edition Sandstone or Stone Blue.
Q: Is there something like a "Locate My Earbuds" feature? Like a GPS track my device app?
A: The QuietComfort Earbuds do not have a Find My Buds feature.
A: After calling Bose support the answer is NO. You must sacrifice your privacy and agree to data collection by Bose in order to use all of the settings, updates as no features. You can do a simple pairing via Bluetooth, however this will limit the settings and features. There are many excellent alternatives that are not this intrusive. Therefore I do not recommend this product. I will be returning mine
Q: Do you have to use both pods at the same time? AirPod Pro you can take one pod out and still hear.
A: Yes and no. If you want to use just one it MUST to be the right side.
A: At least 5 solid hours for me
Q: When used for phone calls, is the sound in both earbuds or just the one like the previous models?
A: Call Audio is in both Earbuds
A: The earbuds can be charged with either the included USB-C cable, or a Qi-certified wireless charger. The input rating for charging the headphones is 5V - 1.2A.
A: Yes, with Apple Watch Series 5 paired with iPhone XS-my devices-I can control volume, skip forward and go back from the watch. That was my concern also. However, if I am doing it correctly, to listen directly from music downloaded on the watch, I have to disconnect from the iPhone, pair with Apple Watch, then listen. Hope that helps.
Q: Does this work with Laptop. Want to use for Zoom meetings.
A: Of course as long as your laptop has bluetooth they should 99% work on it. I use it on my laptop and phone at the same time
