• Actually there is a new feature that you can swipe up or down on the right ear bud to increase or decrease the volume. I just received a pair of these for as a gift and they are absolutely awesome!!

• The new update allows you to change the volume by sliding your finger on the right ear bud up or down.

• Volume is controlled by device not buds.

• You will need to adjust the volume on the source device.

• You cannot change the volume or skip backwards on the earbuds. You are better of with Sennheiser's TW2
