- Answer I use the smallest ones with this headset personally. The earbuds them selves rely on not only the ear canals but, mostly on the plastic tip to keep earbuds in place. They don't go in the canals but nuzzle right up against it. However, if you still have an issue ; buying them from best buy would give you 14 days to try them out without penalty!
