• Hello there! The S1 Pro comes with a battery back that allows this to be used when not connected to power. The battery life for this is 11 hours at standard volume levels, whilst playing this at very loud volumes consistently may reduce this. I hope this helps!

• It will run MANY hours between charges. As a background bluetooth speaker, 6-8 hours is easy. As a "Main", at higher volume, a few hours is no problem. It also has a "Fast Charge" mode.
