Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TV speaker must be OFF for the sound bar to produce the sound from the TV. Then be sure the sound bar is turned on. It's a different button from the TV. Turn both on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hope some one else can answer this. We have the same situation when soundbar is connected to TV via the wire. Connected with Bluetooth to the TV the sounds works but is not in sync with the lips on the TV.
