“If as the product claims that the box can be placed anywhere in the home then why are cables needed to be connected to the TV? Do you then have cables running all over the house?”

• Confused, the sound bar does need to be connected to a television via optical audio or other means but it also has blue tooth functionality as well. I mine connected to my TV in my living room but I am able to turn on the Bluetooth and listen to music while cooking for instance. If using Bluetooth, you can essentially move the sound bar anywhere you need to as long as you are able to plug in to a power source with no additional cables needed.
