Please try again later.it sounds to me like you need to check your cable connection, they may be loose. if your connecting via bluetooth you need to check to see if its having service connection issues. If you still find that your having sound glitches see if this does it on DVD's where sound is consistent vs the tv which may have issues from your DVR. if nothing else fails you may need to exchange the item.
