• I have attached a photo of the surge cord that we are using to protect our device. When you plug your product into the back of your Smart TV make sure an use a good HDMI cable (we purchased the gold tip hdmi cables for better connection) and plug it into the hdmi outlet labeled HDMI (ARC) otherwise it won’t connect to hear sound from your TV.
