Unfortunately, you can't change the name that the Bose responds to, only the other devices. So while this is a work-around, it's not ideal that the other devices would have to accommodate this device's problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can select a different name for one of your devices so they are not both cammanded by the name alexa. I had the same problem and named one amazon instead of alexa. You can do that through your alexa app. Hope this helps.
