Re the Bose reply. We did contact tech support. They said our new Smsung used a different language. We took it back to the shop. They said we should use an optical cable but we had HDMI ARC connection as recommendation?!? He said it was odd the tech support mentioned language. If we need an optical cable why wasn't it supplied? Overall, a very bad customer service with different advice from the shop and tech support
