I think this would fit your room fine, but I have had such an issue with this product not working with the HDMI cable that I think you wouldn't be happy with it. I'm not. It only worked with the HDMI cable for 2 days. Support was no help. I suggest something different

We have ours in a basement living room kitchen area. It sounds like we are in a movie theater. We bought the smaller one and we didn’t buy the box. It’s amazing.
