Yes if your headphones have right blue tooth version. You must still blue tooth connect to a music source (radio, phone etc.) unless phones are a music source (built in radio) If do this your BOSE battery life will go down faster because you are using blue tooth 2x

The Bose Soundlink Color only has 2 ports on it- micro-usb for charging, and Line in, to connect directly as a speaker. So you cannot connect headphones to it.

Not on the speaker. You would connect a headphone to the output jack of the transmitting device (iPhone, iPad, laptop, etc).
