“Sound quality is horrible! It's "noisy." My cell phone speaker is better. What causes this?”

Try resetting and updating your Bluetooth software on your phone. Also check for any condensation in the speaker itself. Hope that helps. Ours has been wonderful, loud and booming like we expected.

I got this for my wife because she uses the speaker of her cell phone. The quality of the Bose speaker far exceeds her cell phone speaker.

Has it been dropped? I have a custom Memphis system in my F-150, so I LOVE my music loud and clear…so my only conclusion is that it may have a speaker that’s burst. Because the sound is great on mine.
