Q: Sound quality is horrible! It's "noisy." My cell phone speaker is better. What causes this?
A: Try resetting and updating your Bluetooth software on your phone. Also check for any condensation in the speaker itself. Hope that helps. Ours has been wonderful, loud and booming like we expected.
Q: Can this Bose Soundflex be connected to a TV via a cable?
A: No. There is only one port on the speaker, usb-c and it is strictly for charging the device.
A: More bass comes off the back of a speaker. It a bass port.
Q: Can this speaker connect to the radio in vehicles equipped with Bluetooth?
A: I'm afraid you have it backwards. All Bluetooth in cars is setup to act as a receiver in order to work with phones acting as transmitters. The car audio system cannot transmit audio outside itself. Since the Bose speaker is also a receiver, there is nothing it can do with a car system.
Q: Can you listen to music when it it charging?
A: Yes. No problem with that.
A: No, it doesn’t seem to so.
A: I use this with my iPhone and Bluetooth record player and it works amazing.
Q: There is air coming from my charger port when music is playing? Can this be fixed?
A: There shouldn't be air moving around the charging port, it is sealed for water protection. Contact Bose.
