While Bose is silent on wattage we can surmise from the excellent 20 watt soundlink flex that being double the size the max will be in the 30-50 watts range which is exceptional for this size speaker not to mention it promises amazing bass and full big speaker sound

We don't supply wattage information for the SoundLink Max speaker, partly as the performance of a speaker cannot be measured by power alone. However, we can confirm that a 15W power supply should be used when charging your speaker. Charging will then take up to 5 hours.
