Best Buy i bought my 2nd Bose Max open box. In Brand new condition and saved over 120.00 dollars and you can not tell from brand new. I highly recommend open nox but only EXCELLENT CONDITION ! YOU'LL SAVE AND HAVE A NEW SPEAKER WITH WARRANTY !!!!

Please speak to BestBuy to see whether the product is still being sold as "new". If the product is being sold as "used", Bose will not be able to honor the warranty.
