If the sounder or smart tv have bluetooth capability, then it can connect.

If you are considering pairing this speaker with your Smart TV, we recommend that you double check your TV if it supports Bluetooth audio out. Also, depending on your TV, if the audio is routed to the SoundLink Micro, you will not be able to use your current Bose soundbar at the same time.
