“It has a good sound from about 30 to 80% but when I turn it down to around 10 to 20% I start to hear alot of fuzz. Is this normal or is something probably wrong with it?”

I Have never had that problem with my speaker. I sit on porch and normally have it turned down. I do really like this speaker .
