Yes you can listen to it in the bedroom, family room. What is nice is you don't have to have it facing you, the surround sound is great for this.

Thanks for the great question. We would recommend the SoundLink Revolve Plus as its larger and generates higher-volume, more room-filling sound than the SoundLink Revolve.
