• The SoundLink Revolve+ Speaker will not be able to connect to an additional speaker. You can, however, connect two SoundLink Revolve, SoundLink Micro or SoundLink Color II speakers to play simultaneously using Stereo or Party modes.

• I believe if your Sony Boombox receives wifi (blue tooth) signals you will be good to go! It really depends on how OLD your sony is ... you could try - if it doesn't connect - it just will continue to blink and say "trying to connect" or something like that
