Q: QuestionWhat is the level of difficulty to answer a phone call or to access SIRI. I have the AirPods and to me it’s horrible . If you cannot have those functions, what’s the point in free wireless? I need these as my everyday headset. Thanks!

• A:Answer Extremely easy. Press the multi function button to answer/end call on the right earbud. Hold multi function button for 1 second to use Siri. Everyone I have talked to using these can hear me very clear and no dropped signal

• A:Answer Thank you for your interest in the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. To provide some clarification, when you place the SoundSport Free earbuds inside the charging case, the earbuds will power off. Music can be played when you remove the earbuds from the case and pair the earbuds with a Bluetooth enabled device like your phone or tablet. The first time you remove the earbuds from the case, they will be discoverable by a mobile device. The SoundSport will show up in your device's Bluetooth menu to select. Hope this helps! Q: QuestionYesterday my Soundsport Free case fell out of my pocket with the Soundsports inside. I found them around noon which means they have been cooking in direct sunlight for about 4 hours. Is there any long term damage and can I do anything about it?

• A:Answer I wouldn't worry. I recently dropped one of my buds onto the train platform and it fell onto the tracks....along side a track. It spent 24 hrs there with trains rolling above it before I was able to retrieve it. Works perfectly fine. So if yours were in the case there should be no long term damage. i hope this helps.

Q: QuestionDistance is my inquiry. Do I need to keep my actual phone on my person or keep it near me while using the wireless headphones? And if not, how far away can I travel in my yard in order to still have connection, especially for a phone call?

Q: QuestionI have allergies and ear drainage. I have problems with Ear Wax build up on most ear buds i have used in the past which causes them to stop working or unable able to hear out of them. Can these be cleaned? I haven't found any cleaning soultion for this

• A:Answer I recently bought the bose wirless in ear speakers as part of my work out gear. I also own a pair of bose noise cancelling wireless speakers and although not the cheapest on the market I believe you get what you pay for. I actually bought a diff pair of wireless speakers and returned them due to pairing problems. The bose were on sale for 50 off and they just work. I would recommend bose products for top quality, ease of use, ruggedness and value. Hope this helps

• A:Answer Hello Joyce, thank you for your question. I'm glad to help. As some others have mentioned, the SoundSport Free wireless headphones can be charged with the case closed. You will see 5 solid LED lights on the front of the case when the case is fully charged. (They will blink during charging, with 1 light gradually increasing to 5). Inside the case, you will see 1 solid LED light next to each earbud when the earbuds themselves have fully charged. These lights will blink while the earbuds are charging. Enjoy your music!
