A:Answerthis shouldn't be an issue, in the bluetooth menu you should see them if they're on and in pairing mode. Remember you have to click each of the buds for 3 seconds to turn off and on. After that they enter in pairing mode

You have to realise there is a bluetooth reciever and transmitter and a lithium battery crammed into each one of these along with the oversized sound driver. You can get decent earbuds for $30 just not wireless ones. I hated the cord so for me they are well worth the money.
