“I purchased these last night and cannot get them to pair with Samsung 10+ phone. Are they not compatible or what do I need to do to connect them, Bose connect is installed. I got them to connect to my iPhone instantly not Samsung though, help?”

this shouldn't be an issue, in the bluetooth menu you should see them if they're on and in pairing mode. Remember you have to click each of the buds for 3 seconds to turn off and on. After that they enter in pairing mode
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have same issue with 2 android phones. It only really likes one phone.. you have to kill the app and Bluetooth on the other phone to connect. Not a good setup for 2 phones Jabra Elites work great for many devices at once with BT 5.0, not these, it has older BT version.
