• Hi there! The SoundSport In-Ear came as 2 models, 1 for iOS and 1 for Android devices. While both headsets will be able to connect and play from both iOS and Android devices, the on-board controls will only work with the respective type of cellphone in question. We would recommend if you want to use the on-board controls that you make sure you are using the correct variant for your phone!

• yes it is but for a reason, the volume controls didn't work with my Pixel 2
