I don't believe so. They didn't stay in my ears while bending to clean or moving around

If you perspire heavily you are correct. I jog 3 to 5 miles and barely break a sweat. Depends greatly on your physical condition.

I had the same issue with the ear buds out of the box, but I swapped the size adapters that were provided to the large ear bud and they really fit well in to my ear with no discomfort or pain. I can now run, jump, and even front roll if I wanted with no issues.

Depending on your pace they can fall out, in general they hold pretty well...
