“I am a long distance runner and may run 20-24miles as a training run on any given day. I remember an old review which mentioned that for long runs they do not hold inside the ear, has that changed or was that improved to avoid this from happening?”

• I don't believe so. They didn't stay in my ears while bending to clean or moving around

• If you perspire heavily you are correct. I jog 3 to 5 miles and barely break a sweat. Depends greatly on your physical condition.

• I had the same issue with the ear buds out of the box, but I swapped the size adapters that were provided to the large ear bud and they really fit well in to my ear with no discomfort or pain. I can now run, jump, and even front roll if I wanted with no issues.
