- Answer Yes I have read where someone was using the UFS 20 sII stand (not sure if you need to buy an adapter or not) and I bought the UB 20 II wall/ceiling bracket.

- Answer Yes they are powered by plugging them into a wall full time... No they can't be charged as they have no batteries.
