“I just installed my speaker today and neither my TV remote (TCL) or Apple TV remote will control the volume. I must use the speaker's remote to control/adjust volume. Is there a way to correct this?”

• I had that problem, I solved it by buying a Logitech Harmony remote. It's programed on line at the web site, no codes to enter and it will control everything from one remote. It really made my life easier. This may sound like an ad, but mine has lasted over 5 years and been used with several TVs, speakers, Blu-ray players.
