The answer is NO. I just had Geek Squad out to my house with no success. Ends up that the Bose system only work if you download music to your computer first. I returned the additional speaker I bought because I would be left with over 3000 CDs I could not play through the system. I just wish the salesperson had told me that when I bought it. The store did return my money and Geek Squad let me have my money back as well.

If you have an integrated SoundTouch system like the SoundTouch10, 20, or 30 you can connect a CD player as an AUX input and rebroadcast from that system to others. Best Regards, -Emmet Bose support
