• We are glad you asked. This speaker does have an auxiliary jack that can be used for tv sound as well as other external sources like an iPod or laptop computer. For devices like mobile phones or tablets, you can also use the wireless functionality.

• It depends on the TV. If you have audio outs and you can mute the internal speakers it works great.
