Hi There, The BowFlex BXT8J Treadmill has a minimum ceiling height requirement of your height plus 15.6 inches (approximately 39.7 cm). o determine if your ceiling height is sufficient, add 15.6 inches to your height. For example: If you're 6 feet tall (72 inches), you'll need a ceiling height of at least 87.6 inches, or approximately 7 feet 4 inches.
