Q: QuestionIs it difficult to set this up and put it together by yourself? How long does it take?(4 answers)
A: AnswerActually I had it set up by the folks who delivered the Bowflex treadmill to me. There seemed to be like 300 screws to insert and the manual dedicated to put the treadmill together was pretty thick and detailed. It took the folks about 15 minutes to set everything up. I am not good with mechanical stuff so it probably would have taken me all day, if I could do it at all. Then you had to set up the software, but that I could have done.Answered by EricK

Awesome product
After just a couple of weeks, I am really enjoying this treadmill. I love to be able to change the speed and the incline easily, while I am walking. Smooth walk nice and quiet so I can read or watch TV while using. I have already recommended this model to my sister.

Easiest Treadmill to Assemble
Originally, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase a treadmill and I was in and out of Best Buy site consistently on a daily basis, but I finally did it and I bought the treadmill and I couldn’t be happier. Bowflex has always been a good brand and I’ve bought treadmills before, but I wanted to make sure that the next one I would get would last. I feel like I have a gym treadmill at home with the Bowflex. Worth the buy. FYI: easy to assemble (i did it by myself and it only took 1 hr 1/2, I recommend using the youtube video). Highly recommended.

Bowflex BXT8J Teeadmill review.
Machine was delivered on time and set in area planned for use. Easy to put together- be careful handling bolts - some not easy to access and easy to drop them. Machine works as advertised and overall is a great piece of exercise equipment. Does not have a dedicated monitor but very easy to mount and use your smartphone or iPad. The use for walking/ running is simple and straightforward in manual mode or preprogrammed exercises. Only item I wish was better is a more accurate heart rate monitor- it’s way off according to my I watch and manual pulse rate and can’t get it to come closer to reality with chest sensor or hand sensors. I may call company for suggestions here. Overall very satisfied and would recommend highly if looking for a good basic machine.
