A:AnswerI paid for the geek squad delivery and set up. But I did watch them do it. It came in a flat box the treadmill belt and lower assembly are separate from the arms and the information head/Screen program section. I would just pay for them to do the assembly as it is heavy and a little complicated. I don’t think it will be much of a problem for them to take it downstairs into a basement, or upstairs into a bedroom. It can be done as it’s taken out of the box and hauled individually and then assembled. Good luck

A:AnswerI have the Bowflex treadmill 7. If the power is off, I start the console and turn Wi-Fi on. Then I sign in as “ guest” and turn WiFi off. It then works fine. It also cuts down on the number of crashes with Jrny.
