Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I put the metal pad on the outside of my case.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it has double stick tape on the magnet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you have to put a thin metal plate in between your case and phone on the inside. You'll never see it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't see why not. It sticks using 3M adhesive and if that did not work you could always use an epoxy of some sort. I would question how well it stays on though if it is constantly being bumped or scraped on the outside of the case. I would suggest keeping it as tight to the case as possible.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the adhesive is very strong. We placed it between our phone and case that that has worked very well. We are using on Samsung Galaxys and one Iphone 5
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. But they provide a couple of different thin metal pieces that adhere to plastic cases. Works sort of like velcro. In day to day use, You can't even tell it's there. I'd almost forgotten. My wife has an iphone 5 with a Lifeproof case, and I have a iphone 6 plus with an otter case. I haven't heard any complaints from her, and I don't have any either. The piece of metal is what sticks to the magnet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not familiar with the life proof case but I have an otter box clone on my phone. I have the metal plate between the hard plastic of the case and the rubber outer shell. It works great for me. If the life proof case is similar in design, it should work just the same.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I put mine on the inside of my otter box case and it worked great. I didn't have to stick it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
