“Just got this machine and when I went to make an espresso it leaked cold water on the counters top, what am I doing wrong?”

• Make sure the water isn’t overflowing from the drip tray. It fills quickly. Also, I would check the water tank for cracks. If no cracks are detected, I suggest going back through the setup process. The machine needs to heat up a few minutes (approx. 10-15) before pulling a shot of espresso. After making those changes, if you are still experiencing cold water on the counter top, I suggest returning it to your local store to exchange it. It is a good machine & there’s a learning curve.
